I know that there is a KSC Pascal but I know someone who uses their Modula-2 compiler and it''s got a few nasty bugs. I have heard that it produces good code but when I looked at it a year or so ago I couldn''t get past the clunky user interface. I''ll see if I can find a link and post it later. There is apparently also a compiler of unknown quality which I think was originally written in Russia. I have seen it referred to as the ELPROG compiler but that is all I know. Try searching for that using Google.
