We measured it on an LPC932 device running at 3.3V on the bench with results as tabulated below (odd values skipped to save time). The frequency/value function is non-linear with frequency resolution improving as the frequency reduces (TRIM value increasing). Don''t know how it varies from device to device, but for a given device it seems to be reasonably stable with supply voltage and temperature. We routinely set the trim register to give a frequency which approximates 11.0592 MHz with good results.
