Are the values the same for whole three pins (PCL, PDA and reset) and does a special care must be taken with the Vdd connection? Please download the PDS51E beat (4.48) located in the downloads area and review this document. With PDS900 (I cannot comment of other interfaces) we can drive into 100 Ohms but recommend 470 Ohm minimum. The device pins are hi-z at this time so the concern is your external circuitry. Vdd does require care and thought but the issues are discussed fully in the document.
