| Need to return your emulator or programmer for repair? The following guidelines will help us to get you up-and running again as quickly as possible |

Email us at support@acqura.com for return authorisation details. Also include a description of the fault, so that we can determine if your problem can be solved without returning the product to us.

|
There are some tests you can perform that don't take long and in most cases will pinpoint the faulty component. If this is the case we may be able to get you back on air without your needing to return the product.
