upgrade path from Atmel AT89C4051

Our company has been making a product based on the Atmel AT89C4051 but needs more program storage for some new features. Can anyone suggest something in a pin-compatible 20-pin DIP package with at least 8k of Flash program memory which will run at 2.7V.
