The 769HI bondout Emulates the 759, 760, 1, 2, 4, 6, 7 and 9, where it is desired that the port bits ports reset to the HIGH state.  On some PDS76x emulation systems this chip may be designated with the text "R1.3". Use the 769LO device instead if you want the port bits to reset LOW. Any order that includes PLCC package replacement bondouts is shipped with a PLCC extraction tool.
